Faye Varsolona

Faye is responsible for oversight of all client activities and is the primary point of contact for clients. She coordinates all audits, consulting and training, oversees on-going projects, and helps develop and manage project timelines. Faye is often the initial contact between clients and Jeiven and is responsible for proposal generation and follow-up, response to RFPs, review and approval of all contracts, confidentiality agreements and Master Service Agreements. She is responsible for the placement of all consultants, and permanent staffing placements, including interviewing and screening candidates. Faye oversees the marketing initiatives for the company and mentors all administrative staff.  

Faye joined Jeiven in 2002 following a career as a Financial Advisor at Salomon Smith Barney, where she was responsible for investments and financial planning for individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to Smith Barney Faye was a high school teacher and taught chemistry, physics and environmental science. Faye’s past experiences and current responsibilities are a valuable resource in supporting the company's business, operations, and strategic development.
